Shipping & Returns
Standard Shipping
Orders ship via FedEx within 1–5 business days. Most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. We ship from Florida.
Freight Shipping
Oversized items ship via freight carrier and may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
Freight deliveries are scheduled Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and include curbside delivery only. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Additional delivery assistance requested from the carrier may result in extra charges.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@lazaroliving.com and include:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Original packaging must be retained for claims processing.
For freight deliveries: if visible damage is present upon arrival, please refuse the shipment or note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.
Once an order has shipped, address changes or re-routing are not possible.
International Shipping
Shipping rates shown at checkout apply to the contiguous United States only.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, or other international destinations must contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Please note:
- International orders are final sale
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- International transit times may vary by destination
Returns
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Be shipped within the approved return timeframe
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Special-order or made-to-order items
- Furniture
- Lighting
- Rugs and bath mats
- International orders
Handmade & Natural Materials
Many of our products are handmade or crafted from natural materials. Variations in color, texture, finish, and shape are part of their character and are not considered defects.
Product photography is intended as a representation and slight variations may occur.
Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Sales Tax
Lazaro Living is based in Crystal River and is required to collect applicable Florida sales tax.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
