Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note that the following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Made-to-order products
  • All lighting
  • Rugs and bath mats
  • Furniture shipped via freight carrier
  • Gift cards

Starting a Return

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • We do not provide return shipping labels
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer
  • Because we subsidize a portion of our flat-rate shipping fees, actual return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping amount paid at checkout

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lazaroliving.com so we can assist you promptly.

To process damage claims, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of all packaging materials

Please retain all original packaging materials and boxes until the claim has been resolved.

Handmade & Natural Material Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted and made using natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, shape, and other small irregularities are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the item and are not regarded as defects.

As all orders are carefully inspected prior to shipment, these natural variations are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible and approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees charged at the time of purchase. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
