We are the only website in the USA where you can shop the full HKliving collection — from furniture and lighting to ceramics and textiles — all in stock and ready to ship nationwide from our Florida warehouse. We are in the process of transitioning our name from HKLIVING USA to Lazaro living. Yes! Everything you see on here is in stock and ready to order and ship out same or next day with FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight, USA wide.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Usually, it takes about 1-2 days before your order ships and about 1-6 days for your order to arrive. East Coast usually arrives within 3 days, West Coast takes about 2 days longer. Orders placed on the weekend usually ship out on Monday. Shipping time depends on where you are located. We ship from Florida. Check our shipping policy for more info.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by the credit card provider.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do! You can opt for this at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY?
Currently, we only offer white glove delivery in the Tampa Bay area, Orlando, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York City. Contact us for pricing and availability.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes, we do! We offer complimentary gift wrapping and we can also add a handwritten card to your gift. When you want gift wrapping, leave us a note at checkout or respond to the order confirmation email with the text for the handwritten card and we will wrap for the occasion and add a card so your order will arrive as a super personal gift.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
We currently do not offer standard shipping to Canada. You can contact us for a quote for specific orders.
WHAT DOES FREIGHT SHIPPING MEAN?
Orders that are too large or fragile to ship with FedEx Ground will be shipped with FedEx Freight. This means your order will have curbside delivery strapped on a pallet. Freight shipping usually takes up to 10 business days. See our shipping policy for more info.
